1.2 Users should provide accurate information and should not submit information about another person unless authorized to do so.

2.1 Account registration, login, session management, and related authentication features are provided through Clerk. If a user signs in with Google, Clerk and Google may provide account information such as the user's name, email address, profile identifier, and authentication status. Crestline SAT Prep uses this information to create and manage access to user accounts and protected features.

2.2 Crestline SAT Prep does not control the privacy practices of Clerk or Google. Users should review the applicable third-party privacy policies for additional information about how those providers process data.

3.1 Crestline SAT Prep may collect and store student diagnostic results, practice test results, answers selected, score estimates, timing information, completion status, review history, and related educational progress data. This information may be stored through Supabase or other service providers used to operate the site.

3.2 Student and practice data is used to provide educational features, preserve progress, support tutoring preparation, identify areas for review, and improve the usefulness and reliability of the service.

4.1 When a user schedules tutoring or completes an intake form, Crestline SAT Prep may collect information needed to coordinate tutoring services, including availability, session preferences, academic background, goals, areas of concern, parent or guardian details, and other information provided for tutoring preparation.

4.2 Scheduling and intake information may be processed by third-party scheduling or form tools used by Crestline SAT Prep.

5.1 Payments are processed by Stripe. Crestline SAT Prep does not store full credit card numbers on its own servers. Stripe may collect and process payment card details, billing information, transaction records, device information, and fraud-prevention data as necessary to process payments and comply with legal and financial obligations.

5.2 Crestline SAT Prep may receive limited payment-related information from Stripe, such as payment status, purchase amount, package purchased, transaction identifiers, and billing contact details.

6.1 The website and its service providers may automatically collect technical information when users visit or use the site. This may include IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring pages, timestamps, authentication session identifiers, error logs, and general usage information.

8.2 Crestline SAT Prep does not sell personal information.

9.1 Crestline SAT Prep may share information with service providers that help operate the website and tutoring services, including Clerk for authentication, Google for Google sign in, Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and scheduling or intake tools used for tutoring logistics.

10.2 Payment records, security logs, and other records may be retained for longer periods where required or appropriate for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.

11.1 Crestline SAT Prep uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. However, no website, database, payment system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11.2 Users should protect their account credentials and promptly contact Crestline SAT Prep if they believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

12.1 Crestline SAT Prep is intended for SAT preparation and tutoring, and many users may be high school students under the age of 18. Parents and guardians should be involved in account creation, tutoring purchases, scheduling, intake submissions, and requests involving a minor's information.

12.2 If Crestline SAT Prep receives a request concerning the information of a minor, Crestline SAT Prep may require verification from a parent or guardian before taking action.

13.2 Deleting certain information may limit or prevent access to account features, saved practice results, tutoring history, scheduling information, or other services.
